About The Position

The Residential New Construction Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the company’s residential new construction sales division. This role develops and manages relationships with homebuilders, general contractors, developers, and project managers to secure HVAC contracts for new residential projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong HVAC industry knowledge, proven sales management experience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships while driving revenue growth and profitability.
