About The Position

This is a part-time RN position for the 2nd shift, with a flexible start time between 2p-4p, working 8-hour shifts every other weekend. The facility is a smaller, 39-bed community where nurses are supported and valued. This role offers flexibility and consistency without the burnout of larger facilities, making it ideal for those seeking extra income, a manageable weekend schedule, or better work-life balance. Requirements

• Active RN License
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations
• A passion for resident care and clinical excellence
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
