About The Position
The Outpatient Infusion and Heart Failure Clinic at Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center provides specialized infusion therapies and comprehensive heart failure management in an outpatient setting. Our dedicated team partners with patients and providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, education, and treatment focused on improving health outcomes and enhancing quality of life. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred
