About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and opportunities to expand clinical skills, including advanced care such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management. BAYADA provides paid self-directed and tailored training, including award-winning simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support, to ensure nurses are comfortable and competent in caring for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The company's mission is to deliver high-quality care in the comfort of the client's home.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• MAR-EPA

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients
• Perform advanced care procedures such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management
• Utilize electronic charting system (AlayaCare)
