About The Position
Registered Nurse position on a 24-bed medical-surgical unit. The unit cares for patients with conditions including CHF, diabetes, CKD, and medical-surgical telemetry needs. Telemetry monitor technicians monitor patients, but RNs must be able to read strips. Charge nurses, house supervisors, and nurse educators are available. PCTs are present at a ratio of 12:1. Nurses may float to all medical-surgical units. The dress code is navy blue scrubs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to read telemetry strips.
- Work every other weekend.
- Work holidays.
