Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a clinical care setting.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with overnight shifts.
- Geriatric nursing experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for residents.
- Develop and implement resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident conditions and document observations.
- Educate residents and families on health and wellness.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
