Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in a clinical care setting.
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with overnight shifts.
  • Geriatric nursing experience.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care for residents.
  • Develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Monitor resident conditions and document observations.
  • Educate residents and families on health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members.
