Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of Michigan (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to relay resident condition updates effectively
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent bedside manner
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience (preferred)
• Subacute rehabilitation experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build strong, compassionate relationships with residents and provide person-centered care
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care needs
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health and well-being
• Observe, assess, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Participate in additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations
