About The Position

The Registered Nurse will work on the Respiratory Cardiology Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a 0.9 FTE day-shift opening, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with rotating weekends. Eligible external hires who meet the required qualifications and payment conditions may receive a $6,000 hiring bonus.

As a Providence caregiver, the nurse applies specialized training to provide patient-focused, whole-person care and contribute to Providence’s mission of caring for everyone, especially vulnerable communities.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license upon hire; license must be in the state where care is delivered.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• One year of nursing experience.
