About The Position

An RN will focus on assessing resident’s health and treatment throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will lead and work as a team with LPNs and STNAs, with the support of Clinical Managers. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Current RN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights
• Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
• Must have excellent attendance and work history

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year Long Term Care experience
• Good assessment skills
