About The Position

The Acute Care RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating with the interdisciplinary team; and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey. The position is for Ortho/Med Surg/Short Stay and is a full-time, 12-hour day-shift role.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Iowa RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS required for units with telemetry monitoring.
• Mandatory Reporter training required within 3 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills.

• BSN preferred.
