About The Position
This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience. The role involves day shifts, typically 8-hour shifts starting between 05:45 and 09:00 and ending between 13:45 and 17:00. Additionally, the position includes on-call responsibilities covering weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The RN will be responsible for covering Pre-surgery/PATT, the OR itself, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent OR experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work day shifts (8-hour shifts/start between 0545 and 0900 and end between 1345 and 1700)
- Willingness to take call, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Pre-surgery/PATT area.
- Assist in the Operating Room during procedures.
- Provide care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
- Be available for on-call duties, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
