Requirements
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident vital signs and health status.
- Act as an advocate for residents and their families.
- Provide clinical leadership to shape the quality of life for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
