About The Position

Wound Care Advantage is seeking a Part-Time RN to join their UCLA Wound Care Program. This role offers a great work-life balance with more control over your schedule, allowing for extra time with family and friends. The position typically requires three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, with occasional Saturday availability after training. If a Saturday is worked, a weekday off will be provided. The role does not require being on call, working nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice as an RN
• Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment
• Fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus in accordance with Federal CDC and State/Local regulatory guidance.
• Must include a cover letter when submitting resume.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and personalized patient care.
• Ensure patient safety.
• Perform physical assessments.
• Complete clinical documentation.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Maintain continuous communication with clinical staff.
• Track patient outcomes.

• Assume responsibility for providing quality and timely care for all patients.
• Enable the team of providers to make appropriate decisions to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care.

• Comply with the policies and procedures of the wound care program.
