About The Position

Wesley Village in Macomb, Illinois, is seeking a dependable, compassionate registered nurse for its night-shift nursing team. Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Dependability, sound nursing judgment, and commitment to quality care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using computers for clinical documentation.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

• Dementia care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments, provide wound care, and monitor changes in residents’ conditions within the scope of practice.
• Communicate concerns to physicians and follow through on orders.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
• Work with CNAs to support daily care, mobility, and residents’ preferences.
• Delegate appropriately and follow up to ensure care is completed.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.
