RN Temp INFLATED RATE - Madison Hospital Emergency Department - PRN - 3rd Shift
About The Position
This is a temporary experienced RN assignment. The RN's role is to identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment. The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The RN evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift. This assignment is for 13 weeks and is renewable once for a total of 26 weeks per year. It offers full-time hours in a PRN status, with night shifts and rotating weekends. Overtime is eligible, but lump sum extra shift incentives are not. Shift differentials are eligible.
Requirements
- Current Alabama or multi-state licensure
- BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
- ACLS required if applicable to specific unit.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Care strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work in Med-Surg Units.
