Requirements
- Current, unencunbered license to practice as a RN in the State of NJ.
- Must possess current AHA CPR Certificate.
- Minimum (1) year experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics or Long-Term Care.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Post-acute experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
