About The Position
Regency Oaks is seeking a compassionate RN to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by caring for older adults, listening to their stories, and providing comfort and connection. The position is in the fast-growing senior living field and offers a supportive, close-knit team environment that values integrity, empathy, and excellence. The role is for an RN in Skilled Nursing with available shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, offered as both full-time and part-time. A $2000 sign-on bonus is available, and compensation is experience-based.
Requirements
- A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
- Background screening through AHCA.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
