About The Position

Cornerstone Retirement Community, affiliated with Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC), is seeking a full-time RN to work 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. Cornerstone is a leader in continuing care retirement living offering assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. They are committed to person-directed approaches that put the individual first.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Current license required

Nice To Haves

Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing desired
Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate activities of CNAs
Perform basic daily nursing functions
Issue proper medications
Meet the nursing needs of our residents in an efficient, economical, and caring manner while maintaining high standards and quality care
