About The Position

Provides treatment based upon established plan of care for patients with wounds, fistulas, percutaneous tubes, ostomies, שלהם, and actual or potential skin breakdown. Serves as a resource and consultant to patients and nursing staff. Performs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care provided. Collaborates with WOCN to implement changes in the plan of care.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• 6 months of wound care experience required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Related certification in Wound Care preferred.
• preference for outpatient wound care clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and planning of wound care treatments.
• Implementing and evaluating care for patients with ostomies and skin breakdown.
