About The Position
Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care is needed in a Skilled Nursing Unit, part of the acute hospital. This role involves administering medication, wound care, trach care, and IV care.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Subacute settings
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and wound care
- Provide trach care and IV care
- Participate in team conferences for acute inpatient rehab
- First to float in Acute Rehab, Med Surg, and Tele units
