Our Women and Children’s Float Pool provides care across the Neonatal ICU, Pediatrics, and Postpartum units. As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient journey. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while caring for newborns, children, and postpartum mothers, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, enhancing their experience through education, support, and personalized care. Caregivers gain experience caring for patients in a variety of settings while supporting the unique needs of women, children, and newborns.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
If in a Critical Care area an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification must be presented upon hire or within first year of hire
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
