About The Position

Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital is a proud Magnet Hospital awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. On our team, you will provide stellar patient care, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a meaningful career at one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world. Lutheran Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a 10-bed unit that provides RN-based care for medical and surgical patients with complex conditions requiring intensive medical and supportive treatment, including telemetry monitoring for specific diagnoses such as new arrhythmias. The ICU team includes Critical Care Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and operates within a highly engaged work environment where caregivers actively participate in shared governance and community outreach. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional support, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule. A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00 a.m. -- 7:30 p.m. with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.
