About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Neuro Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to work a weekend schedule. This full-time position involves 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, including every weekend and one weekday shift. The role requires providing professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Responsibilities include critical thinking, patient assessment, care planning and evaluation, monitoring patient progress, and delegating tasks. The RN will function as a team member to achieve unit goals. Requirements

5 years of RN critical care experience
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association BLS
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
