Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical nursing experience
- Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home Health or Community Health Nursing certification encouraged
Responsibilities
- Delivering skilled nursing services in patients’ homes
- Performing comprehensive assessments and identifying holistic healthcare needs
- Developing individualized plans of care with measurable outcomes
- Educating patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
- Managing symptoms, pain control, and ongoing clinical needs
- Collaborating with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Advocating for patient rights and promoting independence whenever possible
