About The Position
South Haven Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager (RN) to join their team. This full-time position involves managing nursing services for licensed units, assessing and providing direct resident care, administering medications, and supervising nursing assistants. The role requires a passion for caring for residents and improving their lives, a positive attitude, and excellent attendance.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
- Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.
