Requirements
- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate Nurses (GNs) and Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) are encouraged to apply when applicable

Responsibilities
- Assisting with accurate patient assessments and the development and revision of individualized plans of care
- Maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and their families
- Encouraging patients and families to participate in care decisions
- Supervising LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned
- Supporting the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership team
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
