About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Telemetry for a position in Hickory, NC. The role is scheduled for a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must meet the stated credentialing, health-screening, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
