About The Position
Registered Nurse needed for telemetry unit in a rural hospital setting. The role requires a team player committed to providing quality care for the community. Experience in Med/Tele is essential, with a focus on conditions such as CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, and CKD. The position involves reading tele strips and administering Heparin drips.
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Tele experience.
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Rural hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the telemetry unit.
- Read and interpret telemetry strips.
- Administer and titrate Heparin drips.
- Float to all med/surg units as needed.
