About The Position
Registered Nurse needed for Telemetry unit with responsibilities including patient care and monitoring, utilizing GE wireless telemetry boxes and Welch Allen vital sign machines. EMR system is Meditech.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry RN experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications
Responsibilities
- Perform neurovascular checks on limbs, frequent ambulation, and repositioning
- Ensure orthopedic precautions and comprehensive pain control
