About The Position
Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry required to float within designated facilities in Zone 3, providing care for adult to geriatric patients with a variety of health conditions. Responsible for flexible shift scheduling and must adhere to floating requirements.
Requirements
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years MS-Tele experience.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt to schedule changes including floating between facilities.
Nice To Haves
- prior neuro experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients with cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, oncology, and other post-surgical conditions.
- Administer medications and titrate drips, including Heparin.
- Collaborate with designated charge nurse and nursing aides to maintain patient care standards.
- Adapt to assigned shifts across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius.
