About The Position

The client is seeking an RN - Telemetry in San Antonio, Texas, for a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current clinical and health-screening documentation and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
