Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet edu-cational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and inter-venes appropriately.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with 6 monthsto one (1) year of work experience
- Registered Nurse: CA RN License
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support- ACLS, within 30 Days
Nice To Haves
- Acute care experience within the last 2 years
