About The Position

As a Surgical RN at Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro, you will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience. Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide competent, patient-centered nursing interventions and education.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care plan updates accurately.
