About The Position

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Full-Time RN Supervisor who will manage day-to-day operations of Asbury Health & Rehabilitation center. In this role, you will support and/or provide in-service staff development needs. Givens Aldersgate continues to be a positive force and advocate for older adults. We already have four communities (two life plan communities and two affordable communities) with plans for many more in the coming years.

Requirements

  • Valid RN license.
  • 3 + years of experience as an RN.
  • 1 + year of management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and discharge employees in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Supervise all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of care.
  • Supervise implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and other departments regularly to resolve resident concerns and issues.
  • Plan for patient care based upon assessment of patients along with medical plan of treatment.
  • Coordinate and implement training needs to staff.
  • Remain current on nursing techniques and advances.
