About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an RN Supervisor for Pre-Surgical Services. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily pre-surgical operations, supporting and developing RN staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the department. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance management, workflow improvement, and collaboration with providers, ASC teams, and clinic leadership to support efficient patient flow and positive team culture. The RN Supervisor will also help drive process improvement initiatives, support compliance and quality standards, and serve as a key resource for staff, providers, and department operations.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required
  • Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider certification required
  • Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR
  • Must live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area
  • Must have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps) for off-site work
  • Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas

  • Offers are contingent on successful completion of background screen and immunization requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2 years GI endoscopy / ASC experience
  • Previous Lead or Supervisory experience
  • ACGN certification preferred
