About The Position
White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated RN Supervisor to join their team. This position offers leadership, stability, and work-life balance, working Monday through Friday on the night shift. The facility is a 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility. The RN Supervisor will be supported by a strong team of experienced RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, dedicated corporate nursing consultants, and empowering leadership.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
- Ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility
- Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures
- Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
- Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture
