About The Position
Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a RN Supervisor to oversee our evening nursing operations in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can support staff, ensure quality care, and confidently manage the building during off hours. A $15,000 bonus is offered for this position.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
- Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed
- Participate in audits and inspections as needed
- Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards
- Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues
