About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of resident care, particularly during weekend shifts. This role involves leadership, care oversight, team collaboration, problem-solving, and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting, possessing strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. You will manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to resident well-being and facility goals.

Responsibilities
