Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations on an assigned unit
- Support and supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
- Assist with care coordination and clinical oversight
- Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
