Requirements

Registered Nurse license issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience as a charge nurse or team leader
Mandatory experience in sub-acute care, assisted living, and skilled nursing
Proficiency with Point Click Care
Seasonal flu vaccine required

Nice To Haves

Experience preferably in a Life Plan Community (CCRC), Skilled Nursing, or Assisted Living setting

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Oversee and ensure the delivery of comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage complex clinical situations with proficiency.
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Ensure that all documentation and practices meet the highest standards of quality.
Maintain open, empathetic, and professional communication with residents and their families.
Address concerns and provide support to enhance the overall resident experience.
Promote a culture of kindness in all interactions.
Lead by example in delivering care that respects each resident’s dignity and individuality.
