RN Supervisor / LPN in Charge

We are currently seeking a qualified RN Supervisor or LPN In Charge to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance Full-Time. Excellent compensation and benefits! Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN / LPN in this State
- Current BLS-CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility
Responsibilities
- Assuring the implementation of the established health care plan(s) for a specific number of residents as assigned and supervised by the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Participating and supporting ongoing data collection.
- Initiating and implementing health care plan(s) and other nursing duties (for RN).
- Directing day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants/licensed personnel in accordance with current rules and regulations.
- Complying with all written policies and procedures and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
