Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license (Ohio)
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned service areas
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and leadership ability
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to IDD nursing staff
- Coordinate all healthcare and medical services for individuals served
- Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Communicate effectively with team members, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee delegated nursing tasks performed by direct care staff
- Monitor documentation systems for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Review medication and treatment documentation regularly
- Support Regional and Program Directors to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
