About The Position
The RN Sub-Acute provides nursing care for sub-acute patients. Candidates must have at least six months of recent experience in a general acute care facility or equivalent competency appropriate to the facility’s sub-acute patient population. The position is full-time on the day shift, working 12-hour shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., for 36 hours weekly and 72 hours bi-weekly (0.9 FTE).
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN training program.
- At least six months of experience within the past two years working in a general acute care facility, or equivalent competency appropriate to the facility’s sub-acute patient population.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a union environment.
- Current California RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS card.
- Assault Response Competency (ARC), required within 30 days of hire.
- Los Angeles County Fire Card, required within 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
