About The Position

The RN - Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall organization, development, planning, management, and evaluation of the Stroke Program. In conjunction with the director of clinical quality, coordinates overall Stroke education for staff and hospital departments. This position operates the Stroke Program within the approved budget and maximizes the utilization of personnel and departments through direct communication, critique, and continuing evaluation. This position participates in nursing and hospital-wide activities.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in program coordination, development, planning, management, and evaluation.
• Knowledge of Stroke Program best practices and standards.
• Ability to coordinate education for staff and hospital departments.
• Budget management skills.
• Strong communication, critique, and evaluation skills.
• Ability to participate in nursing and hospital-wide activities.

Responsibilities
