About The Position

Join Our Family Birth Center Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Randall Children’s Hospital. At Legacy Health, we’re looking for dedicated, skilled RNs to join our exceptional team at Randall Children’s Hospital, a regional center for the care of birthing persons, newborns, infants, children and teens. We offer unrivaled pediatric expertise in a state-of-the-art facility designed exclusively for children. Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN): As a vital member of our health care team, you’ll provide top-notch patient care within your assigned department or unit. Working closely with clinical managers and other healthcare professionals, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, always ensuring the highest standards of safety and compassion. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and support staff to create comprehensive care plans and deliver the best outcomes.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).
American Heart Association BLS required.
American Heart Association NRP required.
Current applicable state RN license required.
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Nice To Haves

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred.
Labor & Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care within your assigned department/unit.
Collaborate with the health care team under the guidance of the clinical manager or designee.
Adhere to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses.
Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Follow established patient care standards for Legacy Health System, including patient assessment and transfer protocols.
