About The Position

The Registered Nurse performs assessment, planning, intervention, coordination, and evaluation of patient care. The primary function of this RN is within the call and referral center for the institute. The role functions fully with phone-based patient contact. The Registered Nurse functions independently within the limits of his/her license and training while contributing to the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a licensed nursing program.
• Current nursing license in the State of Ohio.
• Completion of CNE requirements.
• CPR certified within the first 3 months of employment.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA law.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in an ambulatory health care facility.
• Ability to learn related center tasks.
• Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards.
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR.
