RN Specialty Critical Care
About The Position
A registered nurse at Baptist Health is accountable for using the nursing process and training provided by Baptist Health to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. The nurse is expected to demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, understand and follow department policies and processes and organizational requirements, and work in a unified workflow with the healthcare team to support an exceptional patient experience and the best possible outcomes. This position is in the Intermediate Care Unit and works nights from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The position is authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Be a new graduate of an accredited nursing program or a registered nurse in good standing.
- Hold a license to practice in the state of Arkansas.
- Hold Healthcare CPR certification.
- Apply basic knowledge and skills to meet the standard of care.
- Practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
