About The Position

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during their tour of duty. They will assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The RN Supervisor will serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator. They are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out their assigned duties. Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
  • Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program is preferred. or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure.
  • Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Federal Regulations.
