About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Coordinator at a CCC facility. The role requires a valid Indiana State RN license. For those hired with an associate degree, there are specific requirements to enter and complete a BSN program within certain timeframes, with potential exemptions for those with significant experience. Preferred education includes a Basic Dysrhythmia Course. Minimum experience required is one year in Med/Surg, with a preference for one to two years in an outpatient clinic or physician office setting. Required certifications include Healthcare Provider CPR and Chemo/biotherapy administration within one year of hire. Preferred certifications include OCN and/or CRNI, with the ability to sit for the OCN exam within two years of employment, as well as Oncology Nursing Certification and ACLS.

Requirements

• Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license.
• One year Med/Surg experience
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Chemo/biotherapy administration required within 1 yr of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Basic Dysrhythmia Course.
• One to two years’ experience in outpatient clinic or physician office.
• OCN and/or CRNI certifications preferred.
• Will be able to sit for the OCN exam within the maximum of 2 years of employment
• Oncology Nursing Certification
