About The Position

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced RN - RN First Assist for our customer in Rochester, New York. The ideal candidate will possess a current New York license. This is a RN position in the SMH Level 4 RN Cardiac OR RNFA Unit.

Requirements

• Current New York RN license.
• At least 2 years of recent RN First Assist US nursing experience.
• BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications.
• Active Nursing License per state.
• Current Updated Resume.
• Supervisory Professional References.
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Level 4 RN Cardiac OR RNFA Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide first assist services in the operating room.
• Assist the surgeon during cardiac procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and care standards.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
